In order to accelerate the construction of the skilled talent team, comprehensively improve the skill level and overall quality of employees, on July 22nd, Maixin Lin Airlines held a ceremony for the opening of the independent certification of vocational skill levels.

Since the release of the skilled talent evaluation system, the company has attached great importance to and carefully arranged, orderly promoted and successfully passed the evaluation. It can independently carry out the recognition of vocational skill levels for lathe workers (Level 4), bench workers (Level 4), multi process workers (Level 4), and electricians (Level 4). For employees who have passed the evaluation, Maixinlin Aviation can issue a vocational skill level certificate, which is equivalent to the national vocational qualification certificate and can be found on the official website of the human resources and social security department, and is universally used nationwide.
